Content Search & OCR
Search titles, metadata and file contents. Search is aware of Turkish characters and suffixes, and scanned PDFs and images are read with Tesseract OCR.
Approval Workflows
Design dynamic approval templates with sequential stages, review steps and conditions. Supports delegation, escalation and signed approval receipts.
Qualified e-Signature & e-Seal
Smart-card qualified signatures: PAdES for PDFs, CAdES for other files. Signature levels up to B-LTA, RFC 3161 timestamps and QR-code verification.
Encryption & Malware Scanning
Document content is encrypted with AES-256-GCM and every organization has its own key hierarchy. Every uploaded file is scanned for malware.
Access Control & Enterprise Sign-in
Folder-inherited access lists, roles and confidentiality levels. Two-factor authentication, passkeys and sign-in with LDAP/Active Directory, Entra ID, Keycloak and Google Workspace.
Compliance & Audit Trail
Retention policies, legal hold, four-eyes disposal and GDPR/KVKK data subject requests. Audit records are immutable, signed and chained.

Find documents with content search and preview them in the browser. Share with users or roles, or create a time-limited external link; signed documents can be verified by QR code.
